A modern property management application designed to help landlords manage properties, units, tenants, rent, payments, arrears and financial records from one place.
Landlord Ledger is a property management application built to simplify the day-to-day financial and administrative work of landlords and property managers. The application provides a centralized system for managing properties, rental units, tenants, tenancies, rent charges, payments and outstanding balances. The system is designed around real-world rental workflows, including payment allocation, rent generation, tenant statements, arrears tracking, payment receipts and financial reporting. The application is built with Flutter and Supabase, combining a modern cross-platform interface with a scalable backend and database architecture.
